Von Hof Rider Kathryn Cumming Going to Belgium for Cyclocross World Cup

We are proud to announce that Cyclocross Magazine Racing rider Kathryn Cumming will be traveling to Europe on November 22 to race in a Cyclocross World Cup.

Before the cyclocross season began in late-August, we partnered up with Cumming, who has been taking her talent to the next level on our Von Hof CX racing machine. After taking a podium in China, along with domestic podium finishes across the East Coast, Cumming has nearly reached the rank of top fifty in the world, and was given the nod by USA Cycling to participate in Belgium.

The World Cup race will take place in Koksijde, near the English Channel and only miles from the French border. It is an iconic European race with plenty of sand-filled climbs and descents. She will be taking her Von Hof bike over and test it in some of the most brutal conditions that the sport of cyclocross can provide.

Stay tuned for a rider diary by Kathryn Cumming as she takes on the adventure from New Jersey to the heartland of cyclocross. Congratulations, Kate!
